Please note that we allow an average of 3 working days to complete your order before shipping. Shipping times are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Delivery time:

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 18 business days, depending on your country.
Please consider any holidays, natural disasters, or epidemics that may affect delivery times.
It may take 4-6 weeks for some countries, or longer for slow delivery countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Netherlands, and Romania.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Due to geographical location, shipping to some countries may require additional shipping charges.

Customs duties and other taxes:

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged duties or taxes.
You are responsible for all applicable duties, duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your government.
Please contact your country's customs office for information on fees for packages leaving your country.

Items on pre-order or backorder:

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all existing items immediately and ship pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of the items, don't worry, you will receive the others shortly.

Track your order:

If you provide your email address, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking ID and link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times. If you believe that the shipping address you provided may be incorrect, please contact us immediately at mactanoservice@gmail.com.

Return:

Once you place an order at the Mactano Store, you are responsible for return shipping costs to the Mactano Store. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on how to return an item.

Lost/stolen package:

Mactano Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
