Refund Policy

Cancelation:

General order cancellation:

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. After canceling an order, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
If we process a cancellation, Shopify will charge an 8% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs, which will not be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation of order under special circumstances:

Due to special reasons, we can cancel the order within 8 hours of purchase.
If the package has already been shipped and is on its way, unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order.

Return the goods:

We accept returns within 30 days. Returns older than 30 days will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges.
Items must be in original condition, unworn or used, with tags, and in original packaging. Please provide an appropriate receipt or proof of purchase.

Return process:

If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and shipping instructions.
Returned items without advance request will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges.

Partial refund (if applicable):

Items that are not in original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or have parts missing may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of the item and whether your refund will be approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
In the event of a delayed or missing refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank.

Promotional and Gift Card Items:

Only regular-priced items are refundable, sale items and gift card items are non-refundable.

Exchange (if applicable):

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at mactanoservice@gmail.com within 72 hours.

Shipping suggestions:

It is recommended to use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
